	RP Graphics offers you unique choices when it comes to printing and processing your material. Offset presses are the most cost-effective, particularly for large runs. The more you print, the less you pay per page; and you always get clear, sharp images and type. This is particularly true of our Komori press. Its direct-to-plate system produces consistently high quality images, in runs of 1,000 to 1,000,000, fast, efficiently and affordably. Xerox iGen 3 & iGen 4 Digital Production Press This flexible and efficient press delivers 100 pages per minute, creating economical, full-colour work that has the look and feel of offset


	Our two Inca Spyder large format printers can produce oversized images on plastic, paper, plywood and acrylic. Their enormous sheet size of 63” x 126” enable you to print any large format image, thus enhancing your message and increasing your presence at store level. Incas use UV Ink Jet technology, which is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and produces bright, vibrant images in high resolution. And because we use UV ink, there is no waste or pollution causing VOCs. In addition to vibrant colours and special materials, we can also print with white ink – this enables us to print on coloured or clear materials. 	RP’s iGen Digital Presses enable us to produce projects that require shorter runs, or need personalization in any quantity. .Digital printing involves less initial set-up time, making it ideal for quick turn-arounds and is very cost-effective for small runs. When you choose to personalize your project, you will be able to engage your customers on a one-to-one basis, which will increase response rates. Perhaps the most significant feature of digital printing is its ability to personalize your project and produce variable data printing. RP Graphics’ digital process differs from our lithography print in significant ways: Because printing plates are not required, each print can be different Fewer chemicals and less paper are wasted as there is no need to bring the image “up to colour” and check for registration and position The ink or toner remains on the surface, ensuring both consistency and depth of colour. 	RP Graphics Web-to-print, also known as Web2Print, is a commercial prepress process that bridges the gap between digital content online and commercial print production. This means that any of your print projects are just a click away from being shipped to anyone, anywhere. This process allows us, you and a graphic designer/agency to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. We use a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment, with outflow provided by digital printing. Web-to-print is also used today by printers with both offset and digital production facilities. We use Web-to-print to assist large commercial or government customers, to access public or private online store-fronts or catalogues hosted by RP Graphics. We develop custom virtual store-fronts where customers can choose pre-designed templates on which they can alter the typeface, copy, images, and layout, or approve a template layout and design that has been created by another person. Our Web-to-print process can produce materials in black and white or full colour, on various papers and presses. 	Every project we produce for you is perfect, accurate and consistent. Our bindery service department handles a full range of services, including basic cutting, folding and laminating to more elaborate mail preparation and booklet-making services. This ensure that every job leaves our plant completely ready for distribution.


	Hexachrome adds orange and green to the standard process colours of cyan, yellow, magenta and black. This makes photographs reproduced with Hexachrome come extremely close to what you see on either your RGB monitor or camera’s LCD. What’s important to you, and RP Graphics, is that most of the solid colors included in the Pantone Matching System can be simulated using Hexachrome color, which eliminates the need to stop the press to prepare special plates for specified spot colours. This translates to a potential boost in efficiency, which results in cost savings to you.


	An RIP-generated PDF from RP Graphics lets you view your proofs online. You can see what each separation looks like, AQ layers and even die-lines with ease. Since this PDF was generated from our RIP – what you see on screen is exactly what will print.


	Variable-data printing is a form of on-demand, customized printing that enables you to personalize your project by changing elements such as text, graphics and images from one printed piece to the next, using information from a database or external file. Variable data printing is mainly used for: direct marketing, customer relationship management advertising invoicing on selfmailers brochures postcard campaigns At RP Graphics our variable data printing equipment and software enable us to mass customize documents via digital print technology, as opposed to the \'mass-production\' of a single document using offset lithography. Instead of producing 10,000 copies of a single document, each delivering a single message to 10,000 customers, variable data printing could print 10,000 unique documents with a customized messages for each customer, greatly enhancing your ROI. The basic level of variable printing usually involves a simple salutation or name change. At RP Graphic, we take this method to the next level, involving different amounts of customization for different markets. This means text and images can be changed for changing address bases relevant to each market segment. We can also drive different segments to a different URL, making tracking more effective. The returns for variable printing vary from double the normal at the basic level, to 10-15 times for fully variable jobs. This naturally depends on the content and its relevance to the market, but this technique provides you with an effective tool for increasing ROI on your marketing campaigns.

“Good news” marketing at its best! Nobody expects to learn anything bad from a postcard. Capitalize on this positive expectation. Retail version

We endeavor to produce our printed products whenever possible using those methods and equipment that have been proven to reduce harmful effects or that are beneficial to the environment. This includes our ongoing approach to reduce waste and promote recycling. In order to achieve the mission of conservation and the efficient use of natural resources, we encourage our management, staff and customers to:

Review the manufacturing processes and consider new technologies and innovative procedures to reduce the use of and protect energy, water and resources, while at the same time maintaining the appropriate standards of safety and quality.

As an ECO certified company we have very specific processes in place to reduce waste and recycle plate and paper materials.

Complete “Direct-to Plate Technology” thereby eliminating film production and its by-products by 95%.
All blanket washes have a low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) level.
Our presses are alcohol free.
Our fountain solution has a low VOC level.
The majority of our presses are energy efficient.
ALL graphic or lithographic wastes are disposed of by “Environmental Control Systems”, a licensed hazardous waste disposal facility.
ALL printing inks are vegetable based.
ALL coating products are water based.
ALL ink wastes are returned to the manufacturer for recycling.
ALL paper and cardboard waste from the “office” or “production plant” are recycled.
iGen3 and other digital presses create less waste and their operation is virtually chemical free.

As an FSC® - Chain of custody certified company we provide a guarantee about the production of FSC®-certified products.
Forest certification is an assurance given to a purchaser of wood and paper products that the timber used for the product originates from well managed forests. This means the forest is managed in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.
Printing on forest certified paper provides a means to actively support well managed forests and communicate a company’s corporate social responsibility program.
Sustainable forestry is about:

The balance between society’s increasing demands for forest products and the preservation of forest health and diversity.
Maintaining forest biodiversity.
Ensuring regeneration capacity.
Not causing damage to other ecosystems.

Chain of custody certification is the path taken by raw materials from the forest to the consumer. This includes all successive stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing and distribution. A product can only carry the FSC® label or logo if the forest receives an FSC® forest management certificate, and if all steps along the supply chain receive a chain of custody certificate.
